ALG series single stage single suction pipeline centrifugal pump are designed by scientific and technical personnel of our company and domestic water pump experts, which select the domestic excellent hydraulic model, adopt the performance parameter of the centrifugal pump of Model IS. Besides, according to different using temperature and medium, we develop pumps applicable for hot water, high temperature the corrosive environment, oil transporting on the basis of Model ALG. The series of products have the characters of saving power, low noise, reliable performance, etc. They are comply with the latest standard of national mechanical department JB/T53058-93, and are designed and made in accordance with the international ISO2858 standard.

Main use
1.ALG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used to transport clear water and other liquid that physical/chemical property is similar to fresh water. It is applicable in industry, water supply and city's drainage, increasing pressure of water supply for high mansion, heating and cooling circulation, long-distance transportation, bathroom, etc. the using temperature is T< 80 ℃.

2.The ALR type vertical hot water pump is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, hotel, bathroom, hotel boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized increasing circulation transportation and urban house heating circulation, the using temperature is T< 120 ℃.

3.The ALS type vertical high-temperature centrifugal pump is used in extensively in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotel, bathroom, hotel boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban house heating circulation, etc.the using temperature is under 240 ℃.

4.ALH type vertical pipeline chemical pump is used to transport the liquid, which does not contain solid particle, is corrosive and the viscosity of which is similar to the water It is applicable to petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, papermaking, food pharmacy and synthetic fibers, etc., the using temperature is -20 ℃ ~ 120 ℃.

5.ALY vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport petrol, kerosene, diesel oil and other oil products. The temperature of the medium transported is -20 ℃ ~+ 120 ℃.

6.The ALHY type stainless steel explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting the flammable chemical liquid.

7.ALGD , ALRD , ALSD , ALHD , ALYD , ALHYD type vertical low-speed centrifugal pump, are suitable for environment requiring very low noise and circulation for air-conditioner.

Characteristic
1.　The pump is the vertical structure, the inlet and outlet are the same in diameter, and lying in the same center line, which can be installed in the pipeline as valve, the floor space needed is small, if the protection cover is added, it can be put in the open air.

2.　The impeller is installed on the major axis of the motor directly, the axial is short in size, the structure is compact, can equilibrate radial and axial load that produced by pump rounding effectively, thus guaranteed the pump operating steadily, vibrationlessly, and low noise.

3.The axle seal adopts machinery seal or machinery seal sets, uses imported titanium alloy sealed ring, medium-sized high-temperature resistance machinery seal and adopts the hard alloy material, wear-resisting seal, which can lengthen the life of machinery seal effectively.

4.It is convenient to install and overhaul, no need to dismantle or move pipeline system; just lifting off pump conjunction flat nut can take all rotor parts out.

5.Can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the pipeline system requirement.

Working condition
1.Suck pressure ≤ 1.0MPa, or pump system supreme working pressure ≤ 1.6MPa, that is suck pressure and pump head ≤1.6Mpa. Please mark system-working pressure in your order.

2.Ambient temperature <40 ℃, relative humidity <40.

3.The volume content of the solid particles in the medium cannot exceed 10% of the unit volume, and granularity < 0.2mm.

Note: If there are tiny particles in the medium, please let us know in the order. So we can adopt wear-resisting machinery seal.
